1. General Information
Wogo Istanbul, operated by M.G.N. MOBİLYA ORMAN ÜRÜNLERİ SPOR TESİSLERİ TURİZM İNŞ. NAK. PLASTİK EŞYA SAN. VE TİC. LTD., provides passenger transfer services through its official website wogoistanbul.com.
This page is intended to inform customers who purchase services about the procedures for cancellation, modification, and refunds.
2. Reservation and Payment Conditions
All reservations are considered confirmed only after payment is completed.
Payments can be made via EFT, bank transfer, or credit card.
Reservations made without completing payment are not valid, and no vehicle allocation will be made.
3. Cancellation Conditions
Customers may request a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
If this condition is met, the full payment will be refunded without any deduction.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail (info@wogoistanbul.com) or phone (+90 545 358 61 77).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time, or in cases where the customer fails to attend the service, will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Change Requests
Requests for changes to a reservation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
Requests for changes in date or vehicle are subject to availability and must be approved by the Seller.
Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be treated as a new reservation.
5. Delay and No-Show Situations
If the customer arrives late or fails to appear at the designated meeting point, the service will be considered fulfilled, and no refund will be issued.
The driver will wait for up to 1 hour at the scheduled time; if the customer does not arrive within this period, the vehicle will depart, and the service will be deemed completed.
6. Cancellation by the Seller
In case of extraordinary circumstances (such as weather conditions, official restrictions, vehicle malfunctions, or force majeure), the service may be canceled by the Seller.
In such cases, the customer will be notified and may choose either to reschedule the service or receive a full refund.
The customer shall not be entitled to claim any additional compensation or fees under these circumstances.
7. Refund Process
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the customer.
The refund process may take 3 to 10 business days, depending on bank procedures.
Wogo Istanbul will notify the customer via e-mail or SMS once the refund request has been received.
