Buyer (Consumer):
The natural or legal person purchasing the service through the website.
Article 2 – Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the Parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and performance of the passenger transfer service purchased electronically by the Buyer via the website wogoistanbul.com.
Article 3 – Service Specifications
The service provided by the Seller includes passenger transfer services, including city and airport transfers, to be performed at the date and time specified by the Buyer.
Service details are determined according to the route, date, time, and vehicle type selected by the Buyer during the purchase.
Article 4 – Payment and Invoice Information
The Buyer is obliged to pay the service fee at the time of reservation by EFT, bank transfer, or credit card.
The reservation shall not be considered finalized until the payment is completed.
An invoice shall be issued electronically upon the Buyer’s request and sent via e-mail.
Article 5 – Performance of the Service
The service shall be performed in accordance with the date, time, and location information provided by the Buyer during purchase.
If the Buyer provides incorrect information or fails to be present at the designated service point, the service shall be deemed performed, and no refund shall be made.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation Conditions
The Buyer may request cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
In such case, the full amount paid shall be refunded without any deduction.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time or in cases where the Buyer does not attend the service, no refund shall be made.
Article 7 – Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for services such as accommodation, vehicle rental, and transfer to be performed on a specific date or period, the Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal outside the specified cancellation period.
Article 8 – Force Majeure
In cases beyond the control of the Parties, which could not have been foreseen and prevent the fulfillment of their obligations (such as natural disasters, road closures, adverse weather conditions, official restrictions, etc.), neither Party shall be held liable.
In such circumstances, the service may be postponed to another date or modified at the Seller’s discretion.
Article 9 – Resolution of Disputes
In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence or in the Seller’s registered office shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
Article 10 – Enforcement
This Agreement enters into force upon the Buyer’s electronic approval.
The Buyer hereby declares and acknowledges that they have been informed in advance about the essential characteristics of the service, sales price, payment method, cancellation terms, and right of withdrawal.
